Daniel Kwakyeh is a Ghanaian-American millennial mortgage banker, entrepreneur, and investor. Daniel was born in New York City where he lived with four family members in a two-bedroom apartment before relocating to New Jersey. At 14 he joined the family business selling fish in upper manhattan for $4.00/HR. As the son of an immigrant, Daniel learned very early on the importance of hard work. After graduating undergrad Daniel went into the real estate industry. Since then, Daniel has financed over 100 million in commercial & residential transactions in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Miami, and other major markets. Daniel received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Bridgeport with a concentration in accounting and finance. He also received his master’s degree from Fordham University with a concentration in real estate finance and investments.
